We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship back your items. Items on sale are final sale, no return or order cancellation can be accepted. Items bought during a promotion are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the item cost excluding the shipping costs for the return. If these conditions are not met, Carami reserves the right to refuse a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note we do not refund the shipping cost of the return nor the shipping cost of your purchase.

In the case that you need to cancel your order before it's shipped, there will be a 5% processing fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like dinnerware (plates, bowls, cutlery, cups), straw cups and pacifiers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns/exchange of sale items or gift cards. Items bought during a promotion are final sale.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that promotions cannot be retroactively applied to your order. Only one promotion per order can be applied.
