SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped.
Processing time during holidays and promotional events is 3-5 business days. Once the order is shipped, the carrier may take up to 7 business days to transport the package at destination.
ONTARIO & QUEBEC:
For orders over $100 (before taxes): We offer free expedited shipping for Canadian orders.*
For orders under $100:
Expedited Parcel 1-7 business days: $10.00
Xpresspost 1-2 business days: Varies by size and weight
*Heavy items are not eligible for free shipping. Flat fee of $10 applied at checkout.
REST OF CANADA:

USA
We are working towards opening to all states very soon. We currently do not ship to the following states: Alaska Missouri and Hawaii.
For orders over $150 CAD: We offer free shipping on USA orders.*
For orders under $150 CAD:
USPS (Tracked) - less than 1lb: $15.00 CAD
USPS (Tracked) - more than 1lb: $20.00 CAD
Our current estimated delivery time is between 3-14 business days. All prices shown on our website are in CAD.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@carami.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Address Accuracy
Customer is fully accountable for indicating the correct shipping address. Should your shipping address be incorrect, shipping fees may be charged. This also applies to unclaimed or refused parcels. We will not be responsible for a lost package or any costs to ship back due to an incorrect address.
If you decide to cancel your order after it's returned to us, your refund will be subject to a 5% processing fee as per our order cancellation policy. If you re-order the same items (equal value or less) after cancelling, we will add the shipping fees onto your new order.
Refunds, returns, cancellations and exchanges

In the case that you need to cancel your order before it's shipped, there will be a 5% processing fee.
Please note that promotions cannot be retroactively applied to your order. Only one promotion per order can be applied.
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@carami.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
