SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped. 

COVID-19 & HOLIDAYS: Potential delays due to a high volume of orders and/or postal services that are out of our control. We apologize in advance for any delays.

Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct and does not include any typos. We will not be responsible for a lost package due to an incorrect address.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

ONTARIO & QUEBEC:

For orders over $75: We offer free expedited shipping for all Canadian orders over $75 before taxes.

For orders under $75: 

Expedited Parcel 1-7 business days: $8.00

Xpresspost 1-2 business days: Varies by size and weight

 

REST OF CANADA:

For orders over $75 (before taxes): We offer free shipping for all Canadian orders.

For orders under $75 (before taxes): 

Expedited Parcel 1-7 business days: $10.00

Xpresspost 1-2 business days: Varies by size and weight

 

International Shipping

USA

We are working towards opening to all states very soon. We currently do not ship to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii and Missouri. 

For orders over $100 CAD: We offer free shipping on all USA orders.

For orders under $100 CAD:

USPS (Tracked) - less than 1lb: $8.00 CAD

USPS (Tracked) - more than 1lb: $15.00 CAD

Our current estimated delivery time is between 3-14 business days. All prices shown on our website are in CAD.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@carami.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, cancellations and exchanges

In the case that you need to cancel your order before it's shipped, there will be a 5% processing fee.

Please note that promotions cannot be retroactively applied to your order. Only one promotion per order can be applied.

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@carami.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
